“Belhaven Meridian” is the latest release from Shabazz Palaces, the hip hop collaboration featuring former Digable Planets member, Ishmael Butler a.k.a. Butterfly. Taking cues from Charles Burnett’s 1977 gem, Killer of Sheep, director Kahlil Joseph took to Watts to shoot the video in just one take.
