On December 3rd, 2009 a group of City College seniors hosted an event for the student body featuring food, prizes, music and a special message. 
As you entered the room, you could hear the music of New York City—everything from Sanatra to Jay-Z.  The smell cheesecake and pizza pies lingered.  Students played games and entered raffles. [...]
